Gamer Games LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application SkyRun (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and how it is used.

The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information directly. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC) — serves advertisements within the App.

2. Information Collected by Google AdMob

Google AdMob may collect the following data:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, or Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• IP address (used for approximate location and fraud prevention)
• App usage data (ad interactions, session length)

This data is used to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements depending on your consent choices. For more details, see Google's Privacy Policy .

3. Ad Personalization and Consent

When you first open the App, you will be shown a consent dialog (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform, or "UMP") that lets you choose whether to allow personalized ads. You may update your consent choice at any time through the App's settings menu.

You can also opt out of personalized advertising by:

• Changing your ad preferences at Google Ad Settings
• Resetting or disabling your device's Advertising ID (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking)

If you decline personalized ads, you will still see advertisements, but they will not be based on your interests or activity.

4. GDPR — Rights for EEA and UK Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another region covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the following applies:

• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw Consent — withdraw your consent at any time via the in-app consent dialog or by contacting us

5. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores your high score locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to any server and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through a third-party service within the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Third-Party Links

Advertisements displayed in the App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes through the App or other appropriate means.
